Bul-Bilding has established effective Quality Management System which consists of two aspects of ensuring the quality of production processes and products: Quality assurance and Quality control.
Our Quality Assurance (QA) department is focused on planned and systematic activities in every step of the whole life-cycle of the production processes (high-quality materials, lack of defects, working and qualified machinery, proper warehouse, competent and trained employees) ensuring that all quality requirements are fulfilled. For that purpose, QA process follows internal (SOPs, internal Quality Policies, Self-inspection audits) and global (national and international regulations (State law legislatives, GACP, GACCP and GMP standards) quality standards.
Our Quality Control Department, through validated methods and qualified laboratory equipment is a final inspection and confirmation for safe, effective and consistent product.
The quality control department in Bul-building is composed of two laboratories, microbiological and physico-chemical which are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for monitoring the quality of materials and products.
