The Facility has additional systems through which is provided:
- Continuous 24/7 video surveillance and physical security of the entire capacity
- Access control – with personalized magnetic cards
-HVAC Ventilation / air filtration system and humidity, as well as room temperature control
-Water purification system (own catchment for production of 100% bacteriologically controlled water for irrigation of the plantations)
-Complete BMS system with included fire protection, software control and alarm
-Pest control system
-Waste control and management system
-Recording and traceability software
The technology that is implemented is 100% safe for the immediate environment, contributing to maximal eco protection from emission of any hazardous or harmful substances.

Ministry of environment and physical planning has issued on 29.06.2022 a decision (A-Integrated ecological permission - UP1-11/3 No. 1048/2021) for Bul-Bilding LLC which recognize strategic company's care for prevention and control of environmental pollution.
