There are separate rooms for growing mother plants in purpose to create plants with identical, confirmed quality genetics. The small crops are cut off the plant, named as clones of the mother plant showing the same values as the plant they were taken from. Under the strictly controlled conditions mother plants are kept in a vegetative phase, meaning, they never flower.
Strictly controlled parameters in vegetation phase means breeding plants according the standard procedures and protocols following the development through the BMS controlling system.
Once, the vegetation phase is over, flowering stage begins according the standard in-house protocols and in controlled and recorded manner.
The system for production and distribution of RO (Reverse-Osmosis) water is designed and constructed in order to obtain purified water of appropriate quality for pharmaceutical use. Purified water is used in the process of growing plants and as water for rinsing the dishes and utensils used in production of dried cannabis flower and cannabis flower extracts.
The huge Reverse osmosis water system is installed at Bul Bilding site, in separate water treatment facility.
Irrigation is a process by which we feed the plant throughout the cultivation process. Irrigation is done several times during the day at a specific time depending on the needs and habits of the plant. Following the effective recipe osmosis water and fertilizers are used for irrigation through the automatic dosing programmed irrigation system.
Macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of the flower in flowering stage has been evaluated and the time of harvest is chosen accordingly.
Harvesting cannabis flowers at the right time is critical to optimizing the content of the active ingredient in the flower. Flowers with strictly controlled growth level are collected and carried out using safety protocols for further processing in controlled conditions - drying and packaging or drying and oil extraction.
